5 Reasons Why I Think You Should Try to Make an Effort to Watch the Girls’ World Cup of Soccer

The 2023 Girls’ World Cup of Soccer is kicking off this week or next week. Here are 5 reasons why I think you should try to watch—or at least make an effort to watch—the Girls’ World Cup of Soccer.

1) The passing that these girls do with the soccer ball is fun to watch and can be inspiring.

If you have the time, you should try to watch some of the Girls’ World Cup for the passing alone. It’s amazing. The girls pass the ball with accuracy and precision sometimes. And I would imagine that young girls who watch them probably get inspired.

2) The USA Girls Team is really gud and they might win the whole fucking thing and if they do, you will want to be able to participate in conversations with people about the Girls Team instead of just quietly nodding along like a dope.

Conversing and sharing things in common with other people is important and can be fun too. That’s why—if you are able to—you should try to watch some of the USA Girls Team play in the event that they win the whole goddamn thing. That way, you will be able to participate in conversations with other people about the USA Girls Team winning the whole fucking thing, and you won’t have to just nod along quietly like you did 4 years ago like a fucking dope when the USA Girls Team shitpumped everyone else. If they win it this year, and you actually watched some of the games, you can join in the conversation now and passionately talk about how they won the motherfucking cup.

3) A titty might fall out.

It might be a very small chance, but the fact remains that it is within the realm of possibility that a titty falls out at the Girls’ World Cup. Accordingly, you might want to try to watch some games—if you are able to—because, if a titty does pop out, you won’t want to miss it.

4) If more people watch the girls play soccer, they can probably ask for more money.

If you have been following the news, you know that the USA Girls Soccer Team has filed lawsuits asking for more money and complaining that the men soccer players make way more money than them. The difference in pay between the Girls Soccer Team and the Men’s Soccer Team is astonishing, and, quite frankly, disrespectful. Therefore, if more people watch the girls play soccer, it will lead to higher ratings, which will lead to more advertising revenue, which will lead to more money for the girl soccer players. So. If you have a few minutes or are not busy doing other stuff, it would be helpful to turn on the tv while the games are on so you can do your part to help fight gender inequality.

5) There are probably lots of other reasons I am forgetting.

There are probably some players or teams that are worth mentioning here, or perhaps an interesting storyline but I can’t remember them right now.
